How information is used when you visit this website, use a repair account or contact the workshop.

The repair planner
The public repair planner prepares device details in your browser. It does not submit them, save them between visits or make a booking. Copying the summary uses your clipboard. Opening an email draft puts details into your email app; you choose whether to send it. You can also contact us by phone or at the workshop.
Your repair account
When account access is available, we store your name, email address, password hash and the repair details you submit, including an optional contact number. Your account keeps repair references, progress, customer-visible updates, versioned quotes, decisions and payment records. Submitting an account enquiry sends its details to the workshop and does not itself confirm a booking or repair price. Do not add passwords, card numbers or unnecessary sensitive information to device notes.
We retain records of quote acceptance, the terms agreed and any request for work to start during a cancellation period. Security records include sign-in sessions, verification and recovery activity, and staff changes. Workshop-only notes are restricted to authorised staff.
Why we use information
We use necessary details to respond to your request, arrange and perform agreed repairs, manage payment and support your account. We have legitimate interests in keeping accounts and service records secure, investigating problems and preventing fraud. Some financial records are kept to meet legal and accounting obligations. Contacting us or creating an account does not subscribe you to marketing.
Hosting and email
The website is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and email services process information needed to run the site and deliver verification, recovery and repair messages. Server logs may contain IP addresses, access times and requested pages. Application credentials and private repair records are kept separate from publicly served website files.
PayPal payments
Where PayPal payment is available for an accepted quote, you approve payment on PayPal’s page. We do not collect your card number, card security code or PayPal password. PayPal processes payment and billing information under its own privacy statement. Our repair system records payment identifiers, amounts, currency, verified statuses, refunds and payment notifications needed to reconcile your repair. Paying does not reserve an appointment.
Essential cookies and external links
Account pages use essential cookies to maintain a secure sign-in session and protect forms. Public pages do not use analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts and illustrations are served locally. Google directions and PayPal pages have their own privacy and cookie arrangements.
How long information is kept
We keep account, correspondence and repair records as needed to provide the service, handle warranty questions and fulfil legal, accounting or dispute obligations. Temporary sign-in and recovery records expire. Contact us about information relating to your account or repair; hosting logs follow the provider’s retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction where applicable. Rights to object or request portability may also apply. We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request, and some records must be retained where the law requires. Contact the workshop using the details above.
