Payment is arranged after the workshop agrees the work and price with you. Use the payment link on your individual invoice when one is supplied. See our payment information page or contact the workshop.
Why are there no fixed prices for every repair?
The model, actual fault and parts required determine the work. We assess the device and give you a clear quote before you decide.

Is an email a confirmed booking?
Contacting us starts a conversation. A booking, price, collection or completion date is confirmed only when agreed directly with the team.
